Crockpot Beef & Barley Soup
1 lb. stew beef(1/2 inch cubes)
1 medium onion (chopped)
2 stalks celery (chopped)
2 carrots (diced)
3/4 cup barley
6 cups beef broth
1 bay leaf
1 tsp salt (more if you wish)
pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in crock pot.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
