- 6-8 Whole Oxtails
- 1-1/2 cups small or cut potatoes
- 1 cup carrots
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- seasoned salt to taste
- 1 T. min. tapioca
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 med. can V-8
- 1-2 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 1-1/2 t. garlic (minced)
Layer in covered baking dish and bake at 250� for 5 hours.
