- 2 lb lean cut beef roast cut in cubes
- 4 carrots chopped
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 cups chopped cabbage
- 5-8 potatoes cubed (no need to peel)
- 1 can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1 pkg. or 1 cup beef gravy
- 1 stalk chopped celery
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 bay leaf (remove before serving)
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- salt, pepper and Mrs dash to taste
- 1 1/2 cups water or tomato juice
Put all in a big pot or large crock pot and simmer on low 4-6 hours
until meat is no longer pink and veggies are tender.
