30 Minute White Bean Chili

A spicy delight with beans, corn and chicken, easily prepared on the stovetop.

  1. Cook and stir onions and garlic in oil in 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat until tender. Add turkey; cook until done, stirring occasionally to break up meat. Drain.
  2. Stir in chicken broth, tomatoes, mustard, chili powder and pepper. Heat to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in beans and corn; cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Serve topped with tortilla chips and shredded cheese if desired.
Makes 6 servings, Ready in: 30 minutes
