• 1 Beef Roast potatoes cut in chunks
• celery cut up in small chunks (there really are no amounts to these just add as much as you like)
• carrots cut in chunks
• onion chunks (optional)
• 1 package Lipton onion soup mix dry
• 1 package of McCormick beef stew seasoning
• rolls or a loaf of French bread

Place roast, and vegetables in roaster and add water to cover then add dry Lipton onion soup mix, and McCormick beef stew seasoning

Put in oven at 350� for about 4 or 5 hours (I like mine cooked all day so that the beef just melts in your mouth)

Enjoy with some rolls or a loaf of French bread
