Baby Lima Bean Soup


In 2 qt saucepan, combine beans, broth, carrot, celery and salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until beans are tender (about 15 minutes)

Put soup in blender and pur�e. Pour the pur�e through a wire strainer back into the pan and reheat. (This step isn't necessary, but makes a smoother soup)

Serve with crumbled bacon over top
